15-Year Limited Residential / 10-Year Limited Commercial Warranty
NewGen Depot warrants to the original purchaser that its Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) fence and gate products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions.
Warranty Period
- Residential Applications: 15 years from the original purchase date
- Commercial Applications: 10 years from the original purchase date
A Residential Purchaser is a single-family homeowner. A Commercial Purchaser is any purchaser outside of a single-family residential setting.
What the Warranty Covers
Under normal use and service conditions, covered WPC products are warranted against:
- Splitting
- Splintering
- Rotting
- Structural damage caused by termites
Stain & Fade Resistance
NewGen Depot WPC products are engineered to be highly resistant to fading and staining when properly maintained. However, no composite material is completely stain-proof or fade-proof.
The warranty does not cover staining caused by spilled substances that are not promptly cleaned or natural fading resulting from years of prolonged exposure to UV rays and harsh weather conditions.
Warranty Claims
If a defect is discovered during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser must notify NewGen Depot in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.
A warranty claim must include:
- Valid proof of purchase
- A detailed description of the alleged defect
After the claim has been reviewed and validated, NewGen Depot may, at its sole discretion, replace the defective materials or issue a prorated refund according to the warranty schedule below.
Replacement materials will be matched as closely as possible to the original color, design, and quality.
Labor, freight, removal, reinstallation, and other costs associated with replacing defective materials are not covered by this warranty.

Residential: 6–7 years | Commercial: 6 years
60% Recovery
Residential: 8–9 years | Commercial: 7 years
40% Recovery
Residential: 10–11 years | Commercial: 8 years
20% Recovery
Residential: 12–13 years | Commercial: 9 years
10% Recovery
Residential: 14–15 years | Commercial: 10 years
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover product failure, malfunction, or damage resulting from:
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines and local building codes, including improper gapping.
- Use of the fencing system outside its recommended applications.
- Movement, distortion, or settling of the ground or supporting structure.
- Flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other Acts of God.
- Environmental conditions, including air pollution, mold, or mildew.
- Staining caused by dirt, concrete dust, grease, oil, hard-water mineral deposits, or other foreign substances.
- Normal weathering, natural color variations, or fading caused by sunlight and atmospheric exposure.
- Abuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage by the purchaser or third parties.
Limitations & Disclaimer
This express written warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy. NewGen Depot disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
NewGen Depot shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or labor costs, arising from a breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability.
This warranty constitutes the complete warranty agreement for the covered products and may only be modified through written consent signed by NewGen Depot.
