Solution for Long Walls

Our longest panels are 107" (just under 9 ft). If your wall is longer, no problem - there are two ways to achieve a seamless look.

Option 1 - Butt Joint (Most Common)

Butt-joining is the most common way to extend panel runs. Align two clean, square-cut ends to create a tight seam, then stagger the next course so joints don’t line up—this forms the classic H-pattern, similar to wood flooring.

Homeowners and contractors prefer this layout because it looks continuous and refined. The offset seams visually disappear, delivering a smooth, near-seamless façade across longer walls.

Option 2 - Section Off Wall With Trim

The second, more advanced approach is to plan a single continuous seam and separate the wall sections with a metal or aluminum flashing trim. This creates a clean, intentional break line and a sleek architectural detail.

We don’t supply the flashing trim, but it’s easy for an installer to fabricate on site from standard sheet metal or aluminum and color-match as needed.
