Stain & Fade Resistance

Required Maintenance

Customers are required to clean and wash their WPC composite fence at least once every year to maintain warranty coverage.

This warranty does not cover:

• Staining caused by spilled substances that are not promptly cleaned.
• Natural fading resulting from years of prolonged exposure to UV rays and harsh weather conditions.

Warranty Claims

If a defect is discovered during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser must notify the warrantor in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.
